Senior Risk & Conflicts Analyst
London | Hybrid Working | up to £100,000k Basic Salary plus Fantastic Benefits


An exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic Risk Team within an transatlantic law firm. This role will play a key part in supporting the firm’s new business intake and conflicts function, with a strong focus on ABA conflicts analysis alongside SRA regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing complex conflicts issues, supporting conflict resolution, drafting waivers and engagement documentation, advising stakeholders on ABA and SRA rules, and acting as a key liaison between UK Partners and the US Conflicts team. The role will also support the development and training of junior team members.

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience handling ABA conflicts within a law firm or corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of SRA and ABA conflicts rules.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience reviewing complex conflicts issues and drafting waivers/consents.
  • Proficiency in Intapp preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.

Working pattern:
Monday–Friday, 09:30–17:30, with at least 3 days per week in the London office. Flexible working options will be considered.
