We are seeking a talented and ambitious Barrister, or Solicitor/Advocate with Higher Rights, to join a growing in-house advocacy team specialising in Housing Disrepair.
This is an exciting opportunity for an advocate who thrives in court, enjoys autonomy, and wants to be part of a forward-thinking firm where their role can evolve beyond traditional advocacy work.
The Role
This is a hands-on advocacy position focused primarily on Housing Disrepair matters, with responsibility for attending hearings, interim applications, and trials, while working closely with a dynamic and collaborative legal team.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality advocacy while helping shape the future direction of the department and wider firm initiatives.

A qualified Barrister or Solicitor Advocate with Higher Rights
Experienced, in Housing Disrepair litigation
Confident managing advocacy autonomously
Commercially aware and proactive in your approach
Keen to develop your role beyond traditional in-house advocacy
A strong team player with excellent communication skills
