We have a great opportunity for an experienced Wills Trusts & Probate lawyer to join a boutique private client practice.

This opportunity is ideal for a qualified professional with a minimum of 7 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) who is eager to contribute to a client-focused firm, offering comprehensive legal services in the Wills, Probate, and Trusts sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
Managing probate applications and the administration of estates
Providing tailored legal advice on estate planning, trusts, and tax implications
Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and external professionals to ensure a smooth process
Upholding the firm’s commitment to “Caring for Clients and Their Generations”
Essential Skills and Experience:
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 7 years PQE in Wills and Probate Law
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and client-facing skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach
Commitment to ensuring timely progression of client matters and providing transparent updates on progress and costs
A proactive approach to ongoing professional development and legal education
