- Supervise & Support: Oversee ledgers, VAT returns, and reconciliations, while mentoring junior team members.
- Innovate: Contribute to financial modelling and process improvements, helping to shape the future of the finance function.
- Experience: 4+ years in a finance role, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Qualifications: AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
- Skills: Strong Excel expertise is a must, and Sage experience is a bonus.
- Personality: Confident, driven, and a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
