Liverpool | Permanent, full-time| £48,000 - £58,000 per annum (DOE + excellent benefits package)
Commercial Property Lawyer 4 plus years PQE
We have an exciting opportunity for a commercial property lawyer to help set up a new commercial property offering in the Liverpool office of a national law firm.
This role offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to make the position your own, while benefiting from the expertise, support and resources of an established Commercial Property department. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, values collaboration and is motivated by the opportunity to help grow a team and a market presence.
Candidate Profile
- Experience across a broad range of commercial property work
- The confidence and capability to manage your own caseload independently
- Good business development and client relationship management skills
The Role
- Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, acquisitions, and leases
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents
- Building and developing a caseload from existing and new client referrals
- Working closely with colleagues across the firm's other offices
