This is a senior, client-facing role focused on developing and managing relationships with brokers, driving deal flow, and supporting complex transactions from enquiry through to completion.

The Role
- Build and manage a network of broker relationships
- Originate and structure bridging finance deals
- Act as a key point of contact for introducers and clients
- Work closely with credit and underwriting teams to progress deals
- Drive new business and achieve lending targets
- Proven experience in bridging finance lending
- Strong existing network of brokers and introducers
- Commercially driven with a track record of originating deals
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
