Dobson Welch is proud to partner with a prestigious transatlantic law firm, a true leader in serving the world’s most innovative people and businesses. We’re seeking an experienced E-Learning Specialist to join the HR team, supporting the design and delivery of engaging digital learning solutions.

In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to create and enhance learning content, drive digital capability, and champion AI-enabled learning and training, continuously improving learning approaches with new technologies.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver digital induction and upskilling, including AI tools and digital literacy.
  • Maintain and enhance LMS content to keep it current, engaging, and inclusive.
  • Support AI-enabled learning initiatives, ensuring programmes align with strategic development goals.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using data and feedback, iterating programmes for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team and provide guidance to colleagues in a solution-focused way.
  • Keep up with industry trends and recommend innovative digital learning approaches.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in digital learning, IT training, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, prompt engineering) and their application in workplace learning.
  • Confident communicator, able to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience delivering in-person, online, and hybrid training programmes.
  • Advanced MS Office/Office 365 skills and experience developing technical training.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and continuous improvement capabilities.
Desirable:
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise) and LMS systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Experience with video creation/editing software (e.g., Adobe Captivate).
  • Formal qualifications in learning & development, digital education, or AI.
