In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to create and enhance learning content, drive digital capability, and champion AI-enabled learning and training, continuously improving learning approaches with new technologies.

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver digital induction and upskilling, including AI tools and digital literacy.
- Maintain and enhance LMS content to keep it current, engaging, and inclusive.
- Support AI-enabled learning initiatives, ensuring programmes align with strategic development goals.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using data and feedback, iterating programmes for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team and provide guidance to colleagues in a solution-focused way.
- Keep up with industry trends and recommend innovative digital learning approaches.
- Proven experience in digital learning, IT training, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, prompt engineering) and their application in workplace learning.
- Confident communicator, able to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience delivering in-person, online, and hybrid training programmes.
- Advanced MS Office/Office 365 skills and experience developing technical training.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and continuous improvement capabilities.
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise) and LMS systems (e.g., SAP).
- Experience with video creation/editing software (e.g., Adobe Captivate).
- Formal qualifications in learning & development, digital education, or AI.
