This role focuses on WIP management, timely and accurate billing, and partnering with senior stakeholders within a busy practice area.
This role would suit someone with legal billing experience, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage WIP, billing, and lock-up performance
- Lead WIP meetings with senior stakeholders
- Prepare bills, credit notes, and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with VAT and regulatory requirements
- Provide analysis to improve billing processes
- Experience in legal billing or revenue control
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail and organisation
- Knowledge of Solicitors’ Accounts Rules preferred
