The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Seamstress / Master Tailor to work directly with the founder on the creation and refinement of luxury menswear samples.
This is a hands‑on, craft‑focused position, playing a critical role in ensuring each garment reaches the standard required before moving into production.
Key Responsibilities
Construct, refine, and perfect luxury garment samples
Work closely with the founder on pattern interpretation, adjustments, and experimental concepts
Produce consistent, immaculate finishes across all pieces
Handle premium fabrics with confidence, care, and precision
Troubleshoot challenges in construction, fit, and garment balance
Maintain a meticulous approach to detail, craftsmanship, and quality
Key Requirements ( must haves to be considered )
Recent High‑level seamstress / Master Tailor experience within luxury fashion
Exceptional finishing skills and strong understanding of garment construction
Confident working with premium fabrics such as Supima cotton, velvet, and silk
Deep technical understanding of structure, fit, and form
Highly detail‑oriented—takes genuine pride in precision
Creative, solutions‑driven mindset
Commutable to North London and eligible to work in the UK
Working Style & Culture
Collaborative, hands‑on role working directly with the founder
