We’re partnering with a highly respected, fast‑growing fashion supplier known for producing standout licensed apparel for leading high‑street retailers across the UK. With an impressive roster of character, sports, entertainment, and pop‑culture licenses, they create trend‑driven ranges that customers love — and now they’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join the team on Menswear .
The Role
As a Graphic Designer – Licensed Fashion, you’ll play a key role in creating innovative and commercially exciting graphics across multi-product jersey categories. You’ll be responsible for both placement prints and AOP (all-over print) design, delivering fresh concepts that resonate with retailers and their customer base.
This is a hands‑on design role that also offers strong exposure to product development, licensing, and retail partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Design commercial, trend-led graphics for multi‑product jersey collections across mainly menswear but sometimes support on women’s, or kidswear could be needed .
Create placement graphics, AOPs, badges, trims, and packaging where needed.
Work across a diverse spectrum of world‑class licenses — from top-tier characters to global sports and pop‑culture brands.
Collaborate closely with buyers, presenting ranges, adapting designs to brief, and providing creative solutions.
Liaise with short‑lead and long‑lead factories, ensuring artwork is accurate, production‑ready, and aligned with brand and retailer guidelines.
Stay ahead of trends, contributing fresh ideas and seasonal concepts to keep ranges innovative and competitive.
Manage artwork approvals and maintain excellent standards across all deliverables.
About You ( the must haves )
Recent and strong background in fashion clothing graphic design, within licensed product and working with a high‑street supply or retailers on menswear .
Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a strong portfolio showcasing placement prints, AOPs, and licensed work.
Excellent understanding of graphic application on jersey and multi‑product design.
Confident working directly with buyers, licensors, and factories.
Highly organised, detail‑driven, and able to balance multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Passionate about pop culture, brands, and design innovation.
Commutable to East London and eligible to work in the UK
