The Role

- Recruitment and onboarding support
- Talent development and succession planning
- Compensation and promotion processes
- Policy advice and employment law guidance
- Supporting organisational change initiatives
- Partnering with stakeholders to drive engagement and retention
- You will work closely with senior leaders, building strong relationships and ensuring HR solutions align with business strategy in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Proven HR advisory experience within a law firm or professional services environment (essential or highly desirable)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident managing complex employee relations matters
- Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills
- CIPD qualified (or working towards) preferred
- Highly organised, discreet and solutions-focused
