A market-leading specialist advisory firm is seeking an experienced Property Broker to help grow its Dental brokerage division across London – one of the most active and lucrative regions in the UK.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially driven professional to take ownership of a highly competitive patch, build trusted relationships with dental practice owners, and lead transactions that make a meaningful difference to clients across the sector.


The Opportunity

You will play a key role in expanding an established dental brokerage offering, working with clients ranging from independent practice owners to large corporate operators, across NHS, private, and orthodontic dentistry.

Using your market knowledge, strategic mindset, and relationship-building skills, you will help position the business as a trusted adviser in the London dental market.


Location & Working Pattern

  • London-based role with a hybrid working model (2 days WFH)
  • Initial 3–6 month ramp-up period requiring a minimum of 4 days per week in the office

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy for the London dental market
  • Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with dental practice owners, buyers, and key stakeholders
  • Lead the full sales cycle from origination and pitching through to negotiation and deal completion
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and drive growth
  • Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience selling commercial, operational businesses
  • Proven track record in business development, brokerage, or advisory roles
  • Background in dental, healthcare, or professional services (highly advantageous)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical capability
  • Willing to travel regularly to meet clients and grow the business
