A growing business finance firm is looking for an Operations & Credit Support Administrator to support its credit, sales, and operational functions.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys administration, coordination, and working closely with clients, lenders, and internal teams to keep funding applications and office operations running smoothly.
The Role
You will support the end-to-end process of business finance applications while also assisting with wider operational and office administration.
Key responsibilities include:
Working hours are 8.45am to 1pm Monday to Friday.

The Role
You will support the end-to-end process of business finance applications while also assisting with wider operational and office administration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the administration of funding applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
- Liaising with clients, lenders, and underwriters to progress applications efficiently
- Managing client data securely in line with GDPR and compliance requirements
- Supporting the sales team with funding information, documentation, and pay-out processes
- Maintaining strong relationships with funding partners and keeping records up to date
- Assisting with general office administration, systems, suppliers, and internal processes
- Supporting ad-hoc projects to improve efficiency, service levels, and customer experience
- Experience in an administrative, operations, credit support, or financial services role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients and external partners
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a regulated or compliance-led environment
