Design Admin Assistant

Design Administrator
Location : Near Burnham, Middlesex
Salary to £27K + Bens
A well-established clothing supplier is seeking a highly organised and detail‑focused Design Administrator to support their fast‑paced design team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the design process, ensuring the smooth transition from concept to technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the PLM system, including uploading artwork, creating style numbers and organising product data
Support designers by updating design boards and tech packs, including fabric details, colourways and basic design amendments
Organise samples, assist with photoshoots and maintain fabric, trim and technique libraries
Help with mood boards, trend research and competitor analysis, including WGSN reports
Coordinate customer selections, licensor approvals and seasonal catalogues
Work closely with sales to ensure all design data is accurate and up to date
What We’re Looking For ( Must haves to be shortlisted ) :
A fashion design Graduate
Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Interest in fashion, childrenswear or textiles
Confidence using or willingness to learn Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems
A proactive, collaborative mindset and clear communication skills
Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Burnham, Middlesex
Must be eligible to work in the UK
Fully on‑site role (not hybrid)
