E-Commerce Assistant
Location : :London - Office based
Salary to : £35K + bens

Are you passionate about driving online sales and creating an exceptional shopping experience? We’re looking for a self-starting E-Commerce Assistant to support a E-Commerce Trading Manager in managing and optimising a great streetwear brand's online store .
What you’ll do:
Assist in managing the retailer’s website, ensuring it’s fully optimised for sales.
Use data insights (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify trends and customer demand, then merchandise the site accordingly. For example, if customers are searching for tracksuits, you’ll make sure they’re front and centre.
Execute product uploads, content updates, and promotional merchandising to maximise conversion.
Monitor site performance daily and take proactive steps to improve user experience and drive revenue.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align trading activity with campaigns and product launches.
What we’re looking for - a list of must haves to be shortlisted :
Solid e-commerce experience with a proven ability to trade and drive sales and have worked at a Streetwear or menswear brand or premium retailer in a similar role .
Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and relevant CRM and digital marketing tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act quickly.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
A commercial thinker who knows how to turn insights into action.
London Based and eligible to work in the UK
