This role is ideal for a money-motivated, consultative salesperson who enjoys qualifying leads, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored finance solutions to UK businesses.

20% commission on all earnings once £20,000 is exceeded

Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound leads and assess business finance requirements
- Contact inbound enquiries and carry out proactive outbound sales calls
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and trade shows
- Work towards realistic weekly and monthly KPIs
- Retain and develop clients through reviews and cross-selling opportunities

Essential Skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive sales approach
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
- Full UK driving licence required
