Dobson Welch is supporting a long‑established, fast‑growing fashion and accessories supplier in their search for a commercially driven, sales‑focused Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative, ambitious business that works with some of the biggest retailers in the UK and Europe .

 
About the Role
You’ll manage and grow key retail accounts across the UK or European markets, with a strong focus on upselling and maximising revenue from major clients. Working across licensed product ranges, you’ll ensure exceptional service delivery while identifying new commercial opportunities.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and brings either a licensing background or a genuine interest in sports, both of which are central to the product categories.

 
Key Responsibilities
Manage, grow, and upsell within major UK retail accounts, including supermarkets and high‑street chains
Oversee the full account lifecycle: forecasting, range planning, pricing, and delivery
Work closely with design, licensing, and production teams to bring ranges to market
Present new concepts, seasonal ranges, and commercial proposals to buyers
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for increased revenue
Ensure all licensed product guidelines are met and approvals are managed smoothly
Support the wider commercial team with market insights and competitor analysis
 
About You (the must‑haves to be shortlisted)
Proven experience as an Sales / Account Manager within fashion clothing 
Background in licensing OR a strong interest in sports
Strong experience working with major UK or European retailers, including supermarkets
A confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable managing multiple projects
Sales‑focused mindset with a track record of upselling or revenue growth
Able to build strong internal and external relationships
A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
Commutable to London and eligible to work in the UK
