Dobson Welch is supporting a long‑established, fast‑growing fashion and accessories supplier in their search for an experienced Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative, commercially driven business that works with some of the biggest retailers in the UK.
About the Role
You’ll manage key retail accounts across the UK market, driving growth across licensed product ranges and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and understands the demands of major retailers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with major UK retailers, including supermarkets and high‑street chains
Oversee the full account lifecycle: forecasting, range planning, pricing, and delivery
Work closely with design, licensing, and production teams to bring ranges to market
Present new concepts, seasonal ranges, and commercial proposals to buyers
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Ensure all licensed product guidelines are met and approvals are managed smoothly
Support the wider commercial team with market insights and competitor analysis
About You ( the must haves to be shortlisted )
Proven experience as an Account Manager within fashion clothing ( Ideally licensed product )
Strong background of working with major UK retailers, including supermarkets
Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable managing multiple projects
Able to build strong internal and external relationships
A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
Commutable to London and eligible to work in the UK
