Key Responsibilities
Your role will be central to the team, involving a broad range of high-quality commercial property work. Your duties will include:
- Advising on and negotiating commercial leases, licences, and agreements for lease.
- Acting for landlords on investment properties and representing tenants on occupational leases.
- Drafting and advising on deeds of variation and rent deposit deeds.
- Managing freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions, including complex conditional sales.
- Playing a key role in portfolio sales and other large-scale transactions.
- Liaising with internal planning, construction, and finance teams on multi-disciplinary projects.
- Advising lenders on property finance matters, including certificates of title.
- Supervising and mentoring trainees and paralegals while managing a busy caseload.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a commercially astute lawyer who is ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will possess:
- 5+ years PQE gained within a top-tier real estate practice.
- Strong academic credentials and proven technical expertise.
