You will be responsible for managing a strong database of existing clients to identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell the company's products and services ensuring customer retention, satisfaction and growth.

- Monitor and analyse account metrics to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience
- A proven experience in account management, sales and customer service and relationship building
- Outbound sales
- Demonstrated success in achieving targets
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and telecommunication tools.
- Knowledge of the healthcare or similar industry is desirable but not essential
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to identify business opportunities.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues effectively.
