We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR administrator to work in the HR Team at one of the UK's leading independent PR, Communications & Social Agencies.

About the Role
You will provide administrative support to the HR team and, as required, the wider operations team. This is a fast-paced role which will require the ability to multi task and switch between different parts of the HR function including recruitment, learning and development and Employee Relations to include:-
- Diary Management
- Arranging external and internal meetings such as interviews/appraisals/training programmes
- Advertising vacancies
- Database Management
- Updating policies and procedures
- Liaising recruiters, the team internally and other stakeholders
Experience:
We are looking for people with experience of HR Administration to include:-
- Arranging Meetings/Interviews internally and externally
- Diary Management
- Strong people skills - you must be able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Hardworking - this role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to multi task
- Excellent telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Good IT skills
