Accounts Administrator
Location: Cheshire (hybrid )
Salary to £35k depending on experience + Hybrid + Bens
We are working with a rapidly growing beverage company who are looking to bring the company’s day to day finances in house as the business is now at a good size to do so , exciting times for a outgoing Accounts Administrator . Working hybrid the Accounts Administrators role will be to manage all aspects of the company’s finances, this will include Invoicing , Credit control , payroll , financial reporting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards but also work closely with logistics in terms of CRM management and liaising with retailers in terms of any delivery issues , .
MUST HAVES TO BE SHORTLISTED
Proven and recent experience in a accounts forward facing role in the food & beverage or hospitality industry ( not accountancy firm)
Solid knowledge of Xero ( ideally certified)
Strong experience in Invoicing , Credit control , Payroll , financial reporting and cash flow management
Understanding of VAT, payroll, and tax regulations is a huge benefit
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-financial team members
A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes
Hybrid working – must be able to work remotely but also attend meetings in person when needed
Commutable to Cheshire town centre and eligible to work in the UK
