Sales Support Executive
Peterborough | Permanent, full-time| £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (Plus annual bonus and excellent benefits)
Our client a Commercial Finance Business are looking to hire a Sales Support Executive in Peterborough offering a competitive salary from £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience, plus an annual bonus.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and successful business and act as the main point of contact for their Customer, Suppliers, Sales Team and Lenders by preparing documents and auditing finance agreements, ensuring that all of the customer journey is dealt with smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between customers, suppliers, and lenders throughout the document processing and payout stages
- To develop and nurture relationships with our customers to uphold their exceptional 5-star Trustpilot rating
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer needs and timescales are understood and met
- Ensure that all customer documentation is processed efficiently and submitted to their lenders in a compliant manner, in line with company procedures
- Collaborate with lenders and share best practices
- Keep the company CRM system up-to-date at all times
- Professionally handle phone and email communications
- Delegate tasks to the Payout Coordinators
- Compliance accountability
