Location: North London (hybrid )
Salary to £40k depending on experience + Bens
We are working with a small but rapidly growing beverage company who are looking to bring the company’s finances in house as the business is now at a good size to do so. Working mainly in a Northeast London office the Finance Managers role will be to manage all aspects of the company’s finances, this will include Monthly reporting, P&L, Cash Flow , Invoicing , Credit Control , Payroll and commissions .
MUST HAVES TO BE SHORTLISTED
Proven experience as an accountant or accounts manager (lead) , ideally in the food & beverage or hospitality industry )in a commercial business , not accountancy firm
Solid knowledge of Xero (certified)
Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
Understanding of VAT, payroll, and tax regulations
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-financial team members
A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes
Hybrid working – must be able to work remotely but also attend meetings in person when needed
London based and eligible to work in the UK
