Cardiff | Permanent, full-time| £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (Plus Performance Bonus and Employee Benefits)
Our client a reputable and very successful Commercial Finance company in Cardiff are looking to hire a Client Relationship Manager to join their growing Commercial Finance division. The company are a broker and are offering a wide range of finance solutions including personal and car loans, secured loans, personal and commercial mortgages, buy-to-let and portfolio mortgages, business loans, asset finance and other business-related funding options. The products and scenarios continue to grow as the company expands to deliver the best finance solutions to businesses across the UK.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example drive the customer success team to achieve agreed KPIs and contribute to the overall success of the business
- Play a vital role in maximising conversion of enquiries that come into the business
- Proactive in looking for revenue growth opportunities by up-selling and cross-selling
- Prepare monthly team performance reports for Directors and senior management
- Help establish & manage the Company CRM & telephony systems to monitor and maximise team performance
- Provide proactive leadership within the office, making key decisions swiftly to maintain exceptional customer service
- Act as the primary contact for internal departments and external partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
- Recruit, train and manage performance of people in the team
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services
- Effectively communicate and champion the value of our range of finance services products and services to individual customer requirements
- Work closely with our internal broker teams and external partners to ensure customer needs are met, ensuring an excellent customer experience
