Solicitor (Associate) Commercial Real Estate, Leeds, Salary up to £65K DOE + Excellent Salary and Benefits Package
We have a great opportunity for a solicitor to join the Investment & Property Management team within the national Commercial Real Estate team of a multi award winning independent law firm in its Leeds office.
The team acts for for banks, regional financiers and niche property funders and specialises in landlord and tenant and asset management work as well as commercial property finance advising banks on finance for development sites, stand-alone commercial properties and portfolios of commercial and residential properties.
About you:-
- Qualified solicitor or equivalent around 4 years PQE
- Experience in investment and property management work
- Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision
- Experience delivering client service directly to the client and proactively managing client matters
