Manchester | Permanent, full-time| £41,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE+ excellent benefits package )
Casualty Fraud Lawyer, 2+Years PQE, Manchester, salary circa £41K - £45K DOE + generous benefits package including 28 days holiday and hybrid working options
We are currently recruiting for a Casualty Solicitor 2 Years + PQE to join our client's Casualty Fraud Team in Manchester to run a caseload of predominantly fast-track claims (and/or multi track depending on experience) where fraud is suspected. Majority of work will relate to PI including EL/PL and also some housing disrepair and property damage.
About you
You will be a qualified Solicitor with a genuine and demonstrable interest in the above area of work with:-
Experience of handling defendant EL/PL casualty claims essential
Experience of handling defendant EL/PL specific fraud claims is desirable
2YRS PQE+
Genuine interest in claims validation and fraud
Working knowledge of PL, EL, Highways and Housing Law
Experience of handling own caseload
Good drafting and communication skills.
