The younger children attend nursery on staggered days to allow focused one-to-one time with each child alongside nursery and school runs. The role covers all nursery duties and cooking healthy meals from fresh ingredients. The position can be offered on a live-in or live-out basis; if live-in, the nanny will have their own bedroom with en-suite whilst on duty. A large automatic car is provided for work use. There are no pets in the household.

Responsibilities:
- Providing sole charge care for four children aged 18 months, 2.5 years, 3.5 years and 8 years.
- Managing all nursery duties including children’s laundry, bedrooms, play areas and toy organisation.
- Cooking nutritious meals and snacks from fresh ingredients for the children.
- Completing nursery and school runs using the family’s large automatic car.
- Planning and organising age-appropriate playgroups, local activities, days out and after-school activities.
- Supporting the older child with after-school routines and activities as required.
- Using staggered nursery days to provide quality one-to-one time with each child.
- Keeping parents updated on the children’s routines, development and any concerns.
- Ensuring a safe, tidy and child-focused environment at all times.
- Qualified and experienced nanny with a recognised childcare qualification (for example, Level 3 childcare, Early Childhood Education degree) and up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS.
- Proven background caring for multiple children of different ages in a private home.
- Confident, safe and experienced driver, comfortable driving a large automatic car.
- Highly organised, strong at multi-tasking and able to manage a busy household schedule.
- Proactive and able to use initiative to organise playgroups, outings and after-school activities.
- Warm, nurturing, energetic and genuinely passionate about working with young children.
- Clear and professional communicator, able to build strong relationships with both children and parents.
- Able to provide strong, checkable references from previous nanny roles.
- Option for live-in or live-out arrangement to suit the right nanny.
- If live-in, own bedroom with en-suite whilst on duty.
