- Communicate clearly with parents about routines and daily notes.
- Energetic, loving, and calm with a genuine affinity for babies and twins.
- Confident handling two infants at once, with excellent organisation.
- Attentive, safety-conscious, and proactive in creating engaging activities.
- Reliable timekeeper who is comfortable with afternoon schedules.
