Job Overview:
Monaco family seeks an experienced rota nanny for three children: twin nine-year-olds and a daughter who turns three in December. The nanny’s primary focus is the toddler, with afternoon support for the twins’ homework and daily routines. You will help keep consistent schedules, positive behaviour, and smooth daily operations within a staffed household.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive, age-appropriate care and plan stimulating activities for the toddler.
• Support the twins’ homework, reading, and after-school structure.
• Uphold healthy habits, good manners, and clear boundaries.
• Run child-related errands.
• Manage school runs, clubs, and playdates.
• Coordinate closely with parents and other household staff to ensure seamless cover.
• Oversee children’s wardrobes and prepare packing for travel.

Ideal Nanny:

• Fluent in French and English; Spanish advantageous but not essential.
• Holds a valid driving licence.
• Proven track record in high-profile or fully staffed homes and with similar ages.
• Values teamwork, discretion, and consistency for a long-term placement.
• EU passport holder (required).
• Discreet, reliable, flexible, and proactive; calm under pressure.
• Energetic yet professional, well organised, and a strong team player who works smoothly with other rota nannies and staff.
• Enjoys a mix of toddler care and support for school-aged children and can balance the needs of three children at different stages.
