Ideal Nanny:
- Tagalog Speakers Preferred.
- Recognised maternity nurse/newborn care qualifications (e.g., MNT, NEST, or equivalent).
- Early Childhood Education degree or equivalent.
- Extensive experience with newborns in private households.
- Outstanding, checkable references from previous maternity or nanny roles.
- Warm, discreet, and confident with a proactive and professional attitude.
- Fluent English required; Tagalog speakers preferred.
- Previous rota experience is preferred.
- Must hold a British passport or settled status in the UK.
- Comfortable with international travel.
- Work collaboratively with your co-nanny to provide seamless, round-the-clock care.
- Responsible for all aspects of newborn and baby care – including feeding, changing, sleep routines, educational & developmental support, and creating a calm, nurturing environment.
- Travel internationally with the family as needed.
- Work harmoniously alongside other household staff – Tagalog speakers preferred for ease of communication within the team.
