A dedicated, professional, and qualified Rota Nanny is sought to support a family with a 5-month-old baby. This is a shared role involving a 14-day on/14-day off rota, where the Rota Nanny will live in during the on-duty period and live out during the off period. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and is passionate about providing exceptional care and development to a young child.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide developmental and educational support tailored to the baby’s age and milestones.
Organize activities that support the child’s growth, ensuring a nurturing, safe, and structured environment.
Manage daily routines, including meal planning and general care for the child.
Accompany the family on extensive international travel, offering care and support while away.
Collaborate with the other nanny to ensure continuity of care and consistent developmental progress.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Qualified in child development and early education.
Extensive experience in caring for young babies, with knowledge of developmental milestones and age-appropriate educational support.
A professional, easy-going, caring individual with a flexible attitude.
Previous experience in travel nanny roles is highly preferred.
Up-to-date Enhanced DBS check and paediatric first aid certificate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a discreet and trustworthy nature.
