Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
A loving family based in Ealing, W5 is seeking an experienced and dedicated full-time nanny to provide sole charge care for their 8-month-old baby. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a warm and welcoming household, fostering the development and well-being of a young child during a crucial stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Nursery Duties:
o Maintaining a clean and organized nursery environment.
o Preparing nutritious meals and bottles tailored to the baby’s needs.
o Managing the baby’s laundry and keeping their belongings tidy.
• Child Development:
o Planning and engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities.
o Supporting milestones in physical, cognitive, and emotional growth.
o Encouraging sensory exploration, creativity, and early education through play.
• Daily Care:
o Ensuring the baby’s safety, comfort, and routine.
o Supervising naps, feeding schedules, and personal care.
o Taking the baby on outings (parks, playgroups, etc.) to support social and environmental interaction.
Requirements
• Experience: Essential. Candidates must have previous experience working as a nanny or in a similar childcare role with infants of a similar age.
• Qualifications: Childcare qualifications are preferred (e.g., CACHE Level 3 or equivalent).
• Skills:
o Passionate about childcare and child development.
o Highly organized, responsible, and reliable.
o Ability to communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates.
• First Aid: Up-to-date paediatric first aid certification is a strong advantage.
• References: Excellent references from previous families or employers are required.
