Job Role: Live-In International Travel Nanny/Personal Assistant
Location: European and International locations with frequent travel
Schedule: 3 weeks on, 1 week off. This is a maximum of a 12-hour day with breaks given during the daytime.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Live-In Travel Nanny/PA to support a high-profile, international celebrity family. This is an exciting role with lots of travel, offering variety and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic household. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Nanny/PA roles and Household Management, particularly in supporting UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) families. This role is highly recommended by present team members.

An EU Passport is essential to apply for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Childcare:
  • Provide full-time care for the principal’s 10-year-old daughter.
  • Manage school drop-offs and pick-ups, including after-school activities and play dates.
  • Oversee the school schedule, ensuring uniforms are ready and school week plans are in place.
  • Assist with homework and tutoring, and coordinate activities such as play dates and birthday parties.
  • Take sole responsibility for the child’s care when the principal is traveling for work.
  • Prepare simple meals for the child on the chef’s days off.
  • Manage the child’s school and extracurricular calendars, booking activities and coordinating tutoring sessions.
  • Assist with ski training (previous ski experience would be a plus).
Private PA & Household Management:
  • Support the principal’s calendar, ensuring she is on work calls and managing daily schedules.
  • Take daily responsibility for dog walking.
  • Handle household errands, such as dry cleaning, grocery shopping, and personal tasks for the principal.
  • Manage and reorder monthly supplies.
  • Oversee housekeepers, ensuring laundry is done correctly and delicate items are sent for dry cleaning.
  • Communicate with chef and housekeepers to manage guest visits, meal requirements, and household upkeep.
  • Assist with general housekeeping duties, such as setting the table for meals, organising wardrobes, and tidying up after the child.
  • Manage restaurant reservations, book appointments (e.g., for nails, massage, hairstyling), and ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Oversee seasonal house organisation, including wardrobe swaps and ski equipment storage for the winter and summer seasons.
  • Keep track of and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Manage payments to external contractors.
  • Liaise with the EA to manage the principal's calendar, ensuring personal commitments are prioritised.
  • Help the principal manage meetings and assist with filming requests from the social media team.
  • Learn about the principal's brand and interact confidently with clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • EU Passport holder – essential for this role.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including last-minute trips.
  • A confident driver with a clean driving record.
  • Proactive and flexible, with the ability to work out of hours when required.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Comfortable getting involved in all aspects of home life and supporting the family in a hands-on capacity.
  • Fluency in French or German is a bonus, but not essential.
