Live-out Nanny (South Harrow)

Job Title: Part-Time Live-Out Nanny – 6–12 Month Contract
Location: South Harrow, London.
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £18–£21 gross per hour.
Contract: Fixed-term contract of 6–12 months, with the possibility of an extension.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday.
Hours: 9.00 am – 4.00 pm (28 hours per week).

Job Overview:
A family based in South Harrow is seeking a caring, experienced and reliable Part-Time Live-Out Nanny on a 6–12 month contract, with the possibility of an extension, to look after their three children: two girls aged 4 and 2 years, and a baby boy aged 7 months.

The children are home schooled, and the family are looking for a nurturing, engaging and proactive Nanny who is confident caring for children of different ages and can provide a safe, stimulating and happy environment whilst supporting their daily routines and development.

English, Albanian, Romanian and Arabic are spoken within the family home. The ability to speak Albanian and Arabic would be advantageous, although this is not essential. 

Family are a cat owner.

Responsibilities:

• Providing attentive, loving and age-appropriate care for all three children.
• Supporting the baby's feeding, sleeping and daily routines.
• Planning stimulating, educational and age-appropriate activities.
• Supporting the children's home education through creative play, learning activities and developmental opportunities.
• Encouraging learning through play, creativity and outdoor activities.
• Supporting the children's physical, emotional and social development.
• Maintaining a safe, happy and well-organised environment for the children.

Ideal Nanny:

• Previous experience caring for babies and young children, ideally across different age groups.
• Confident managing the needs and routines of three children.
• Comfortable working within a homeschooling environment and supporting children's learning and development.
• Warm, patient, caring and genuinely passionate about childcare.
• Reliable, organised and proactive.
• Able to plan engaging activities and support early childhood development.
• Albanian and Arabic language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
