Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, age-appropriate childcare and supervision.
- Plan and engage the child in educational, creative and recreational activities.
- Maintain the child’s daily routine, including naps, schoolwork and bedtime.
- Accompany the family on domestic and international trips.
- Pack and organise the child’s clothing, supplies and travel essentials.
- Assist with homework and developmental learning activities.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child.
- Coordinate the child’s schedule, appointments and activities.
- Maintain the child’s bedroom, play areas and belongings.
- Support the child during flights, transfers and hotel stays.
- Communicate regularly with the parents regarding the child’s wellbeing and development.
- Handle emergencies calmly and responsibly.
- Previous experience in rota roles and travelling with families preferred.
- Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Driver essential (Clean driving record).
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
- Discreet and respectful of family privacy.
- Early childhood education or childcare qualification preferred.
- Additional language skills would be advantageous (Italian or Spanish preferred).
- Experience with high-profile, UHNW or international families preferred.
- Confident swimmer and able to supervise children during water-based activities.
- Warm, nurturing, patient, adaptable and resourceful.
