Job Overview:
A lovely family based in Munich, Germany, is seeking an experienced, energetic and highly organised Rota Nanny to care for their four children: two boys aged 2 and 4, and two girls aged 7 and 8. The children are happy, healthy and in good routines, with the eldest enjoying horse riding and spending much of her time at the stables. She is independent, organised and caring towards her younger siblings. The 7-year-old enjoys after-school activities and being outdoors, the 4-year-old loves sport and being active, and the youngest enjoys being part of the sibling group. This is a shared-care role working as part of a team with Mum, and the nanny would not be expected to have all four children on their own.
The family employ a chef, housekeeper and security team, and previous experience in a busy staffed household would be beneficial, although not essential. Longevity is very important to the family, as their previous nannies have been with them for 4 years and 2 years respectively. There are 2 dogs in the household, but they are not the nanny’s responsibility.

Responsibilities:
- Shared-care support for four children aged 2, 4, 7 and 8.
- Spending focused time with the youngest child while the older children are at school or nursery.
- Supporting the children’s daily routines, activities and development.
- Assisting with school, nursery and after-school schedules.
- Supporting outdoor play, sports and age-appropriate activities.
- Carrying out all nursery duties.
- Working collaboratively with Mum and other household staff.
- Driving the children as required in Europe.
- Travelling with the family during school holidays, including time in the Alps during winter.
- Providing flexible support during the summer travel period when required.
- Experienced and energetic Rota Nanny.
- Highly organised, proactive and reliable.
- Sporty, active and happy to spend time outdoors.
- A strong team player with a flexible approach.
- Confident working in a busy family environment.
- Experience in a staffed household would be beneficial, although not essential.
- A driver who is confident and happy to drive in Europe.
- Happy to travel with the family in Europe and further afield.
- Does not need to be a skier, but must be happy to spend time in the Alps during the winter period.
- Able to demonstrate longevity in previous roles.
- Must hold an EU passport to be considered for the role.
