We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant to join a growing consultancy firm based in Sheffield. They specialise in contract and permanent placements across the property and construction sector and are growing at an exceptional rate. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to provide strategic insights and solutions to our diverse client base, helping them navigate complex business challenges and drive sustainable growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored strategies, and ensure successful implementation of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client engagements, managing project timelines and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet client objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
