Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
