The client is an established recruitment agency with a fabulous local reputation. They are looking for a labour manager who can manage all the elements of the role whilst building rapport with clients and candidates. This is a fast-paced role where you will have to ensure you complete tasks in a timely manner. You will need to be an excellent communicator who can speak to people at all levels. You will have come from a sales or customer services focused role and will be looking to further your career within the recruitment industry.
You will be a problem solver with a flare for delivering the personal touch.

The role involves:

• Calling candidates and handling queries and enquiries.
• Screening and interviewing candidates to determine suitability.
• Offering solutions to problems.
• Matching candidates to vacancies.
• Handling customer calls.
• Account management.
• Identifying sales leads from references and customers.
• Adding new candidates to the database, admin and assistance with collecting timesheets.
• Delivering excellent levels of customer services to both clients and candidates.
