Branch & Onsite Service Delivery Coordinator
£30,000 - £35,000 + bonuses

Branch-based with onsite client delivery
Engineering, Manufacturing and Technical Recruitment
An established, well-regarded independent recruitment business

The Opportunity
This is a successful, quietly ambitious recruitment business with a reputation built on doing things properly. They don't chase low-margin volume work as their clients come to them because they deliver a considered, quality-led service, and they stay because they keep delivering it.

They are now looking for a Branch & Onsite Service Delivery Coordinator to sit at the heart of that service. This is a genuine generalist recruitment role with varied clients, varied roles, varied challenges and where the standard of your work matters far more than the speed of your dialling.

The Role
You'll coordinate service delivery across both their branch operation and onsite client accounts. Day to day, that means:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of clients, including briefing, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and placement.
  • Acting as the trusted point of contact onsite with key clients, handling everything from fulfilment planning to worker care and compliance.
  • Solving problems before clients know they exist, anticipating demand, managing availability, and keeping delivery running smoothly.
  • Maintaining the accuracy, compliance, and professionalism that their reputation depends on.
  • Working closely with experienced colleagues who will invest properly in your development.
Who We're Looking For
We're not expecting years of recruitment experience but we are expecting quality. The person we hire will be:

  • Sharp. You pick things up fast, think clearly under pressure, and can hold your own in a conversation with a managing director or a machine operator alike.
  • Polished. Professional in how you present yourself, write, and communicate. Clients trust you on sight.
  • Credible. You do what you say you'll do, you're straight with people, and you take genuine pride in getting things right.
  • Coachable. You want to be developed, you take feedback well, and you're honest about what you don't yet know.
  • Organised. You can juggle competing priorities without dropping anything or anyone.
  • Recruitment, customer service, account management, or coordination experience is helpful but not essential.
  • Attitude and calibre come first; we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Get
A thorough, structured induction and ongoing hands-on coaching from people who've done the job at a high level.
Real variety where no two days, clients, or roles the same.
A quality-first culture where you're measured on the standard of your delivery, not just the volume of it.
Genuine progression for those who prove themselves.
Competitive salary and benefits, discussed openly at interview.

How to Apply
Applications are handled in strict confidence. Send your CV with a short note telling us why this sounds like you. We read every word, so make them count.
