The desk
You will be recruiting semi-skilled, skilled and technical roles for clients across:
• Mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Design for Manufacture.
• Offsite manufacturing and assembly.
There is established client demand here, not a cold start. You will inherit warm relationships and be backed by a proven delivery team, so you can focus on filling roles and growing accounts.
Who this suits
• A recruiter with a few years of proven success recruiting for, and servicing clients in, engineering, manufacturing or closely related technical sectors.
• Recruiters from utilities, construction, fit out or install operations backgrounds are also of genuine interest.
• Consultants specialising in fabrication and welding recruitment are particularly encouraged to apply.
• Someone who knows their market, can evidence billings and client retention, and wants their expertise recognised.
