This is a senior, client-facing onsite position embedded within high-value technical and engineering accounts, working daily with stakeholders who expect precision, commercial awareness and credibility from the person in front of them.

The role
You'll be the face of the business within key client accounts, technically biased, commercially significant, and run to exacting standards. This is relationship management as much as coordination:
  • Acting as the primary onsite contact for senior client stakeholders, operations managers, engineering leads, HR and procurement, building the kind of trust that protects and grows the account.
  • Owning the day-to-day workforce operation: fulfilment, onboarding, compliance, performance and attendance management, and rapid problem-solving before issues reach the client's desk.
  • Managing service delivery against SLAs and KPIs whilst producing accurate MI and reporting that stands up to scrutiny in client review meetings.
  • Working closely with the wider recruitment team to forecast demand, plan headcount and keep fulfilment ahead of the curve.
  • Spotting and flagging commercial opportunities within the account where you'll understand that a well-run onsite is a growth engine, not just a service function.

Who this suits
The client is deliberately hiring above the typical coordinator level. You will be:
  • Experienced in an onsite, account coordination or account management role within recruitment — ideally with exposure to technical, engineering or industrial environments.
  • Credible in front of demanding stakeholders, demonstrating you can hold your own in a client boardroom, deliver difficult messages with confidence, and represent the business impeccably.
  • Sharp and commercially aware — you read situations quickly, understand what the client actually needs (not just what they've asked for), and think beyond the task in front of you.
  • Ambitious  where you see onsite as a platform, and you want a business that will notice and promote your performance.
  • Rigorous. managing high-expectation accounts which are unforgiving of sloppiness so your reporting, compliance and follow-through will be immaculate.
  • An excellent communicator, comfortable switching between shop-floor conversations and senior stakeholder meetings in the same hour.
