Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction sector to understand their recruitment needs.
· Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best talent for various construction roles.
· Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through to placement, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates.
· Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
· Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
· Achieve and exceed monthly targets and KPIs to drive personal and team success.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction sector.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
· Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
· A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.
· Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is an advantage.

· A background in construction or a related field would be beneficial.
· Previous experience in a sales role could enhance your effectiveness in this position.
· A relevant recruitment qualification or certification is a plus.
