The Role:
Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll be accountable for:
· Leadership & People Management.
· Coaching and developing Branch Managers and teams.
· Driving clarity, accountability and high performance.
· Leading workforce planning, headcount and FTE deployment.
· Owning performance management across the area.
· Championing wellbeing, engagement and values.
· Operational Excellence.
· Ensuring consistent, high‑quality service delivery across all branches.
· Overseeing recruitment, fulfilment and deployment activity.
· Financial & Commercial Delivery.
· Owning area‑wide financial performance and profitability.
· Client management & business development.
· Leading client retention, satisfaction and senior escalations.
· Identifying and converting new business opportunities.
· Ensuring compliance with recruitment legislation and employment law.
· Embedding company policies, procedures and governance.
