Recruitment Consultant – Driving Desk
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 (based on experience) + Uncapped Commission

Your Role
· Manage and grow your own recruitment desk within the driving sector.
· Source, interview, and place temporary workers in driving roles.
· Conduct skills testing, referencing, and daily temp management.
· Build strong relationships with clients through site visits and ongoing support.
· Drive business development through sales and marketing initiatives.
Who We are Looking For
· Proven track record in sales (recruitment experience preferred).
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Highly motivated and target-driven.
· Holds a Full UK driving licence (essential).
