As a Recruitment Consultant in the permanent division, you’ll be responsible for:
· Developing and managing your own client portfolio.
· Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
· Driving revenue growth through new business development and account management.
· Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy brief to placement.
· Working towards individual and team targets with full autonomy over your desk.
We’re looking for someone who is:
· Self-motivated, ambitious, and commercially minded.
· Confident in building relationships and negotiating with decision-makers.
· Experienced in recruitment sales, ideally within permanent placements.
· A strong communicator with a proactive approach to business development.
· In possession of a full UK driving licence.
