· Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and compliance checks.
· Oversee referencing, skills testing, and daily workforce coordination.
· Build and maintain client relationships through regular site visits and proactive service.
· Drive revenue through targeted sales, marketing, and networking initiatives.
Candidate Profile
· Demonstrated success in recruitment or sales.
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
· Resilient, self-starting, and goal-oriented.
· Full UK driving licence required for client-facing duties.
