A key opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join the team. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business as you will ensure clients receive a seamless service and that candidate activity is managed with accuracy, pace and care. You’ll be the operational anchor that keeps everything running smoothly in a fast‑moving environment where responsiveness is essential.
Your role will be varied, hands‑on and central to the success of the team. Responsibilities include:
• Managing day‑to‑day relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high‑quality service at all times.
• Overseeing the full candidate journey, from application through to placement.
• Screening, assessing and shortlisting candidates to ensure suitability.
• Completing reference checks and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
• Managing daily schedules, availability and workforce planning.
• Attracting candidates through job board advertising and relevant media channels.
• Building and maintaining strong social networks to increase candidate reach.
• Providing essential administrative and operational support to consultants.
