The Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the company’s expansion efforts, building partnerships with SME businesses and key clients. You’ll identify opportunities, convert leads into long-term clients, and create sustainable business growth.
Your autonomy and initiative will be highly valued as you work alongside a wider BD team, focusing on:
✔️Identifying and securing new business through proactive outreach and client visits.
✔️Gaining a deep understanding of the local recruitment market.
✔️Strengthening the existing client base through consistent engagement.
✔️Mapping out competitive landscapes and emerging business opportunities.
✔️Drafting supplier agreements and proposals.
✔️Managing your own schedule effectively.
