Our client is a recruitment business which operates across multiple construction sectors. They have modern offices with parking and a friendly team atmosphere. They are professional and hard-working but maintain an informal and fun environment to work within.
A key role has become available for a Candidate Manager to join the team. This is a fast-paced role and the company has to react very quickly to client requirements.
The role will be varied and will include:
• Candidate management, liaison and customer services.
• Ensuring applications are managed properly
• Screening and assessing candidates to determine suitability.
• Reference and compliance checking.
• Managing the daily schedule and ensuring availability is up to date.
• Candidate attraction. Advertising on job boards and within the relevant forms of media.
• Develop social networks to increase candidate awareness.
• Recruitment administration and consultant support.
You must be able to demonstrate the following:
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Responsibility – You will be responsible and accountable in this role.
• The ability to plan and be highly organised.
• Ambition to develop personally.
• A team player.
• Self-motivated – nobody is going to do this job for you. You need to be a self-starter.
